This is a small buyer's agency site. There are no accounts, no forms, and no payments — the only way to contact me is by email. I don't sell or share your personal data with anyone, and analytics only run if you agree to them.
Litus Estates, operated by Nicklas Herbst.

If you get in touch, I hold your email address and whatever you tell me about the property you're looking for, so I can reply and help with your search. My email runs on Google Workspace. I keep enquiries for as long as they're relevant to helping you, and delete them when they're not.
The legal basis is your own request — taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries about my service.
| Name | What it does | Set when | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
litus-consent |
Remembers your cookie choice so you're not asked on every page | When you choose Accept or Decline | Until you clear it or change your choice |
litus-intro-popup-seen |
Stops the short "Nicklas here" note reappearing as you browse | First visit | Until you close the tab |
_ga, _ga_B21L1BGD1D |
Google Analytics — tells returning visits apart from new ones | Only if you accept | Up to 2 years |
The first two are not cookies — they're browser storage, they stay on your device, and they're never sent anywhere. Nothing in the table identifies you by name.
I use two things to understand how the site is being used:
Google acts as my processor for analytics and may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its standard contractual clauses.
You can change your mind at any time, and it's as easy as giving consent in the first place:
You can ask me for a copy of the data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I'm using it, or withdraw consent. Email nicklas@litusestates.com and I'll deal with it.
If you're not satisfied with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at www.aepd.es.
If how I handle data changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
