The resale guide

For anything already built and previously owned. It covers what to do before you make an offer, the reservation deposit and the private purchase contract, the taxes and fees that land on top of the price, and roughly how long it takes from accepted offer to keys.

The off-plan guide

For new builds bought from a developer. Same shape, different numbers: staged payments tied to construction progress, a different tax treatment from resale, and a timeline measured in months rather than weeks.
